By downloading or using the app Lensie, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

Use License

Lensie grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application on any iOS device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the application
• Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the application
• Use the application in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application

Intellectual Property

The app Lensie, including but not limited to the software, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, and editorial content, contains proprietary content, information and material that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary content, information or materials in any way whatsoever except for permitted use of the app.

User-Generated Content

Lensie allows you to create, edit, and save images using our provided tools. You retain all rights to the content you create using the app. We do not claim ownership over your photos or edited images.

Updates to the Application

Lensie may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the application, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades and other modifications.

Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the application. You agree that we have no obligation to maintain, support, upgrade, or enhance the application, or to provide all or any specific content through the application.

Third-Party Services

Lensie does not include any third-party services, advertisements, or external links.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nicolas Ajoury, the creator of Lensie, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the application
• Any content obtained from the application
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
