Welcome to GlidePic! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GlidePic mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

GlidePic allows you to sort, review, and delete your photos and videos by swiping.

• Free users can swipe up to 250 photos per day.
• An advertisement is shown every 200 swipes.
• Subscribers enjoy unlimited swipes and an ad-free experience.
• You must be at least 4 years old to use the App.
• You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely by Apple (iOS) and Google (Android).
• We do not access or store your payment information.

3. Third‑Party Services

The App integrates trusted third‑party services:

• Google AdMob – to show advertisements.
• Appsflyer – for analytics and attribution.
• RevenueCat – for subscription management.

These services have their own Terms and Privacy Policies, which you agree to when using the App.

4. User Content

Your photos and videos remain your property. Media is processed locally on your device. GlidePic does not upload or store your media on external servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and branding are the property of GlidePic and its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any part of the App without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, device issues, or damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
