GlidePic - Terms of Use

Welcome to GlidePic! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GlidePic mobile application ("the App") provided by GlidePic ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

GlidePic allows you to sort your photos and videos by swiping. Non-subscribers are limited to 100 swipes per day and will see ads every 30 swipes per month. Subscriptions (weekly or yearly) remove ads and unlock unlimited swipes.

You must be at least 4 years old to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.
You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions via the App Store:

Weekly Subscription: 3.99$/week, includes a 3-day free trial, then renews automatically unless canceled.
Yearly Subscription: 49.99$/year, renews automatically unless canceled.
Payments are processed by Apple. You can cancel anytime via your App Store account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and design of GlidePic are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.

4. User Content

Your photos and videos remain yours. GlidePic processes them locally on your device and does not claim ownership. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to access and process your media for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use, including data loss or device issues. Use at your own risk.

6. Third-Party Services

GlidePic uses Google AdMob for ads. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, especially for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
